Shipping

We currently only ship to the U.S. only using USPS and offer FREE Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).

Please note that we currently do not ship ALL products to locations in Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota at this time. We also do not ship Delta 8 products to locations in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. Check back with us later as we continue to expand our shipping locations. 

Returns and Exchanges

Cativa CBD purchases can be returned or exchanged for FREE within 90 days from your order arrival.

Submitting your request is easy. Contact us via our contact form. Please include your name, email, phone number, order number, if you request and exchange or return, and why you were not completely satisfied with your order.

You will be contacted by a team member within 48 hours of receipt to initiate your request. We will send you detailed instructions including a return label to print to send your return or exchange. Please note that all products must be returned within 21 days from initiating the exchange/return.

Once product is received, please allow us 5 days to process the request. We will notify you via email once your return/exchange has been processed. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Please note that for refunds, your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

We reserve the right to deny purchases or limit returns.
